Property Services

Property Visits - We will allocate time to visit and review your property at least once a month when it is empty to ensure that everything is as it should be. The property can also be inspected prior to guests arriving and again after their departure. In the event of any problem or query a written report will be sent together with any recommendations for maintenance or repairs needed.

Repairs and Maintenance – Basic maintenance or emergency repairs will be carried out immediately and as necessary. We have an experienced team that includes plumbers, electricians, decorators, handymen and other craftsmen. If additional works are required then estimates will be obtained for approval before commencing any work.

Payments and Administration - All services invoices will be verified and paid promptly to ensure continuity of service, providing there are sufficient funds in the client account. Fully itemized statements showing all transactions are available at any time.

Housekeeping Staff – Engagement, supervision and monitoring of staff, gardeners, maids, pool maintenance - including payment of wages, social security and national insurance where required.
